The award can be granted to the researchers, employees of the organisational units belonging to the IAREF as an acknowledgement of their multiple years of professional activities and their work supporting the community.
The award is granted under ceremonial circumstances once in every year. The award is accompanied with a financial remuneration, which equals the minimal wage effective on the first year of the year of awarding.
